Cold-formed steel single and double track sill assemblies with infill studs and jamb connections. The sill track connects to the studs using number ten sheet metal screws spaced at twelve inches on center typically, with back-to-back configurations for double track sills. A two-inch sill track extension fastens with number ten sheet metal screws on each side and to the face of the jamb stud. A minimum eight-inch long cripple matches the jamb stud size and gauge, secured with six number ten sheet metal screws.
