The assembly consists of a fourteen-inch thick concrete structural slab on grade reinforced with number five reinforcing bars at twelve inches on center each way top and bottom. Grade beams and pile caps designated GB6 and PC1A support the slab structure. Additional pile caps designated PC3 are positioned at negative one foot six inches elevation.
