The furring partition consists of one layer of five-eighths inch impact-resistant gypsum wallboard on the exterior side all around. One-and-five-eighths-inch metal tracks are provided at the top and bottom of the partition and spaced eight feet on center maximum in between, twenty gauge minimum.
