Cold-formed steel floor and ceiling joists bear on continuous rim tracks matched in size and gauge to the joists, fastened with panel edge fasteners per plan. An L50 clip connects each joist to the rim track. Cold-formed steel studs support the top track and wall assembly, with sheathing applied over panel edge fastening per plan. Number 10 sheet metal screws secure each flange at each end of the framing members.
