A light cove detail featuring a specialized formed metal trim profile secured adjacent to an interior wall finish. The suspended ceiling framing system is supported by hanger wire and tied back to the assembly. A fastener secures the bottom flange of the light cove trough to the ceiling framing below. Horizontal and vertical dimensions establish the setback and clearance from the wall surface to the edge of the light fixture pocket.
