A pipe sleeve penetrates a metal roof deck with an eighteen-gauge plate secured by number ten sheet metal screws spaced at six inches on center each way. The assembly includes dimensioned sizing tiers for square plates corresponding to various pipe diameters up to thirty-six inches square for pipes under twelve inches in diameter, twenty-four inches square for pipes under or equal to eight inches in diameter, and twelve inches square for pipes under or equal to four inches in diameter.
