Hollow structural section girts frame into a hollow structural section column per schedule with copes as required. Connection plates measuring 1/2 inch by 4 inches by 1 foot 6 inches attach to the assembly with two 3/4-inch diameter A325 slip-critical bolts with oversized holes on each side. A three-sixteenths inch typical fillet weld secures the plates.
