A hollow structural section post with dimensions of HSS 6x6x5/16 is anchored to a concrete mat footing and stabilized by a double angle brace composed of two L4x4x3/8 angles. The vertical post stands at a height of 13'-0" to the centerline work point, while the brace connects at a horizontal distance of 6'-0" from the post base. Base plate connections anchor both the vertical post and the inclined brace to the top of the mat footing.
