A circular hollow section (CHS) column supports parallel flange channel (PFC) beams for precast panel connections using M20 bolts and typical cleat connections per plan. M22x55 mild steel threaded Nelson studs are welded to the PFC web along the panel line. Additional floor beams are incorporated per plan at similar conditions where an RHS stub occurs at the CHS splice connection, field welded as specified.
