Precast concrete wall panels bear on eighteen-inch square grout pads spaced at a maximum of six feet on center and positioned on each side of panel openings. The grout pads are two inches thick unless noted otherwise and extend a minimum of three inches from each face of the panel. Concrete grout below the panel must be vibrated to obtain continuous bearing prior to erecting the roof structure. High-density plastic shims are provided on the grout pads as required prior to crane releasing support.
