A reinforced concrete plinth and six-foot square pile cap support a thirty-inch diameter concrete column above. The assembly incorporates number nine dowels equipped with terminator heads at each top and bottom beam bar, lapped at one hundred twenty-five percent of the standard lap length. Confinement is provided by seventeen number five bars with standard hooks at the bottom and number four ties placed around at twelve inches on center.
