An existing timber purlin and wood sheathing assembly connects to an existing concrete wall using Simpson HDU4 hold-down connectors installed on each side. A Simpson HDU4-SDS2.5 hold-down is placed at the center of the existing four-by-six framing member typically. Additional panel anchorage is provided per structural drawing reference two on S6.01.
