A continuous 4-by-4-by-1/4-inch steel ledger angle fastens to the concrete wall using five-eighths-inch diameter by 6-inch studs spaced at 24 inches on center. Where necessary, studs are replaced with 5/8-inch diameter Simpson Titen HD bolts providing 4 inches of embedment. Number 4 dowels spaced at 12 inches on center extend from the concrete wall into the floor deck assembly with a 1-1/2-inch concrete clearance.
