An embed plate features a grid of seven-eighths inch diameter by two-foot long headed welded stud anchors at specified center-to-center spacings. Side plates are positioned at typical locations along the perimeter of the embed assembly. Dimensions define the exact coordinate locations for each anchor stud relative to centerlines and plate edges.
