A precast concrete wall panel bears on a continuous concrete footing with a two-inch grout layer and two number five continuous reinforcing bars. A slab-on-grade connects to the panel assembly with number four slab dowels spaced per the foundation plan, featuring a two-foot-zero-inch lap for panel dowels with slab reinforcement. The foundation footing contains three number four continuous bottom bars, three number four continuous top bars, and number four transverse bars at eighteen inches on center. The precast panel incorporates number five ties at six inches on center at each end and thirty-six inches on center for the rest, along with intentional three-foot-zero-inch roughening from each panel end. A two-foot-six-inch infill pour section is detailed to be poured after the panels have been erected.
