Cold-formed metal stud wall framing connects to ceiling joists using a continuous track secured with two number eight screws at each joist. The wall framing consists of metal studs sized per schedule at thirty-three mils minimum, with finishes per architectural drawings. Two number eight screws secure each stud to the top track, and two number eight screws fasten each block-out. 362T125-43 ceiling ties are provided with two minimum number eight screws at each joist, while ceiling joist sizing follows the structural schedule.
