A steel core is encased within a structural casing and connected to a lug plate with a casing cap at each end. A gusset plate extends from the lug plate with detailed bolt hole diameters, edge distances, gauges, and spacings. Fillet welds secure the gusset plate assembly along its specified dimensions.
