A concrete slab on grade at the ramp connects to a vertical concrete site wall sized per plan. Dowels matching the slab on grade reinforcement extend into the wall and hook horizontally into the slab. A lap splice per schedule connects the dowels to the main slab reinforcement over a two-foot eight-inch length.
