A concrete tilt-up wall panel bears on a concrete footing sized per plan and schedule, separated by a 1-1/2 inch layer of non-shrink grout. An embed plate measuring 1/2" x 6" x 1'-0" with two 3/4" diameter by 6" headed stud anchors is cast into the footing. An attachment angle L4x3x3/8 (long leg vertical) by 0'-4" long is welded to the footing embed plate with a 5/16" fillet weld along three sides. The wall panel contains an embedded angle L3-1/2x3-1/2x3/8 by 0'-5" long secured with a 3/4" diameter by 5" headed stud anchor and two 3/8" diameter by 24" dowel bars.
