An eighty-four inch diameter pipe is centered within a circular steel plate secured by twelve one-inch diameter headed anchor bolts equally spaced around the perimeter. The plate features a two-inch offset dimension from the pipe wall and a one-foot radial clearance dimension to the bolt circle. Centerline grid intersections cross the assembly horizontally and vertically.
