Structural detail of an eccentric stair midlanding support connection framing into a steel beam with a web stiffener. A broken-back hollow structural section or channel stair stringer connects to a hanging beam and hanger member provided by the stair supplier. The connection occurs at the centerline of the structural steel beam. Top and bottom connections from the hanger member to the stair midlanding and floor beam are coordinated by the stair supplier. The stair deck is omitted for clarity, and a proposed adequate alternative by the stair supplier is also acceptable.
