An exterior hollow structural section beam is positioned between top and bottom metal stud tracks, sized per plan. Sixteen-gauge tracks connect to the hollow structural section using number fourteen Teks screws spaced at sixteen inches on center, staggered at the exterior. Metal studs are sized per plan and tie into the framing assemblies.
