A continuous concrete curb bears directly on a concrete slab and is anchored by number four hooked dowels spaced at twenty-four inches on center, epoxy-set two and one-half inches into the concrete slab. The curb contains a continuous number four longitudinal reinforcing bar. Thickness and reinforcing of the concrete slab are sized per plan and notes, while curb dimensions are coordinated with the architect.
