The assembly features a concrete fill over metal deck bearing on a wide-flange beam, with slab reinforcement and 1/2-inch diameter by 3-foot deck-form anchors spaced at 12 inches on center. A 1/4-inch bent plate forms the slab edge and fascia, backed by continuous #4 reinforcing bars. A connection plate extends to the girder bottom flange and is welded with 3/16-inch fillet welds. L3x3x1/4 angles are placed at each end of the plate and each framing beam, secured with 3/16-inch welds. Additional 1/4-inch plates and stiffeners are welded with 3/16-inch fillet welds as detailed per plan.
