A continuous embed plate is cast into the precast concrete panel to provide attachment support for louvers. The assembly includes a headed stud anchor welded to the continuous embed plate and embedded within the concrete panel. Fabrication and placement of the embed plate are coordinated by the precast panel manufacturer per architectural drawings.
