A precast concrete wall panel includes an integrated pilaster measuring twenty-four inches in depth and eighteen inches in width. The pilaster contains five number eight vertical reinforcing bars running full height, tied with number three ties spaced at eight inches on center. Horizontal hook bars match the size and spacing of the horizontal reinforcing, providing a thirty-inch minimum lap. Additional hold-down bars are provided on each face per elevation and spaced at six inches on center. Concrete cover is maintained at two and one-half inches and one and one-half inches typical at the exterior faces.
