A steel roof deck bears on a structural steel beam connected to a reinforced concrete tilt-up wall panel. The beam web connects using two L4x3x5/16 angles secured with four three-quarter inch diameter ASTM A325 bolts on each side, with the long leg on the beam web. The beam framing bears onto a WT6x13 structural tee embedded two feet long into the concrete panel with seven number five weldable reinforcing bars on alternate sides. A half-inch by seven-inch by four-inch long steel bearing plate with two number six by forty-eight-inch long weldable reinforcing bars supports the underside of the assembly. Fillet welds of five-sixteenths inch secure the embedded steel plates to the internal reinforcing elements.
