An HSS column and base plate sit atop a foundation, secured by anchor bolts detailed per the structural schedule. The base plate features a five-sixteenths inch fillet weld connecting the column profile. Edge distances of one and one-half inches are maintained typically around the anchor bolts. Dimensions A and B define the overall grid spacing for the anchorage.
