A six-inch concrete mechanical equipment pad rests on rigid insulation with a minimum density of 1.0 pounds per square inch over a corrugated metal deck roof. The pad incorporates a concrete curb at the edge containing continuous number four reinforcing bars placed top and bottom as typical. Reinforcing bars feature a one-hundred-eighty-degree hook at the outer edge for anchorage. Elevation levels are indicated for top of steel, top of roofing, and top of pad.
