A 16-inch by 16-inch by 1/4-inch thick steel plate is mounted to the wall and serves as the backing for the ground assembly. A 12-inch by 4-inch by 1/4-inch thick steel plate secures four stand-off insulators in typical locations, held by steel nuts welded to the steel plate with an eighth-inch fillet weld. A 4-inch by 1/4-inch thick copper ground plate is fastened between the stand-off assemblies. A 1/4-inch plexiglass cover plate is secured over the outer face using typical nuts and washers.
