A continuous concrete footing features embedded pipes or conduits routed above the bottom reinforcing steel with a minimum three-inch clearance. A sleeve is provided around each pipe to maintain a three-eighths-inch clear annular space, with caulking applied as necessary. The assembly includes four number six reinforcing bars at the bottom with twelve-inch equal spacing, maintaining a minimum six-inch dimension and nine-inch typical dimension.
