A structural steel angle measuring four inches by four inches by one-fourth inch and one foot three inches long is anchored to each side of a concrete bond beam wall with two three-quarter-inch diameter expansion anchors having a three-and-one-fourth-inch embedment spaced at twelve inches on center centered in the deck flutes. The steel deck runs perpendicular to the wall maintaining a typical top-of-wall gap. Exterior walls require a similar connection utilizing a one-quarter-inch plate and four three-quarter-inch diameter expansion anchors.
