The concrete slab features reinforcement sized per plan with an intentionally roughened surface to one-quarter-inch amplitude at the joint. Dowels with standard hooks tie the slab to the wall below, with size and spacing matching the vertical wall reinforcement. Wall reinforcement laps per schedule or structural plans with designated clearance cover on each face. Waterproofing and drainage are provided per architectural drawings, with shoring and sidewalks indicated by others.
