A reinforced concrete foundation wall bears on a continuous concrete footing with two-inch grout and two continuous number 5 reinforcing bars. The wall features a concrete slab connection on one side, with a pour strip as detailed on the foundation plan. Vertical and horizontal reinforcing includes two continuous number 5 bars, one continuous number 4 bar, and number 4 bars at eighteen inches on center each face. Above the wall stem, precast or tilt-up panel reinforcement continues with reference to panel elevations and details. Finished grade is indicated adjacent to the exterior wall face.
