A cold-formed steel wall stud rests on a wall bottom track over a concrete slab and concrete wall. The stud is anchored to the concrete slab using a Stiffclip CL600-118 (H) cantilever clip at each stud, fastened with a 3/4-inch diameter Simpson Titen HD screw anchor with a 5-inch embedment. Exterior grade or slab conditions meet the assembly at a maximum height of 2 feet zero inches.
