Supplemental reinforcement is provided at all davit sockets located at concrete filled decks. The assembly incorporates four number five bars measuring six feet zero inches each way with standard hooks provided at the slab edge where applicable. The slab and socket assembly bears on a plate or beam flange with variable spacing dimensions.
