A metal stud wall terminates below the roof structure with a three-inch deep, sixteen-gauge continuous track featuring vertical slotted holes fastened with two number eight screws at twenty-four inches on center to rafters and blocking. Blocking with a clip angle is provided at each end or using four-inch blocking, tied with number eight screws. Two-by sub-purlins run at twenty-four inches on center. Steel strapping is spaced per the stud manufacturer's recommendations.
