Steel beams frame into a steel column sized per plan and schedule, supporting a metal roof deck above. The connection utilizes bolted shear tabs welded to the web of the steel beams and bolted to the column flange. Additional bolts secure the beam flanges directly to the column support as detailed. All member sizes are specified per the structural framing plan and schedule.
