A C12 channel connects to a structural assembly using a one-quarter-inch fillet weld. Three-quarter-inch diameter anchor bolts spaced at twelve inches on center secure the base assembly, which includes C8 and C4 channel profiles. A three-eighths-inch thick stiffener plate is welded to the framing using a three-sixteenths-inch weld all around. Additional framing members are tied in with typical connection details as indicated.
