Concrete tilt-up panels bear on a concrete footing with a one-and-a-half-inch layer of non-shrink grout beneath the panels. Steel embed angles connect to embed plates sized per structural plans. A five-sixteenth-inch typical fillet weld secures the embedded steel components.
