A two-sided steel beam-to-column connection with steel beams framing into a steel column above and below. External continuity plates are positioned on each side of the column web. Cover plates and fuse plates are bolted to the top and bottom flanges of the steel beams, while vertical shear tabs connect the beam webs. Additional horizontal shear plates are provided where required.
