A structural post is secured by a ten-inch by seven-inch by half-inch base plate welded with a three-sixteenths fillet weld. The assembly is anchored to an existing foundation slab using four three-quarters-inch diameter F1554 Grade 55 threaded rods with adhesive, embedded ten inches deep into the concrete. The housekeeping pad is poured with its top of pad elevation matching the edge of the existing generator pad. Gussets are omitted for clarity, with brace locations referenced per the structural plan.
