A steel joist bears onto a structural steel beam via a clip flange comprising a one-half-inch by four-inch by zero-foot-six-inch steel plate and a three-quarter-inch diameter A307 bolt, with a one-quarter-inch fillet weld connecting the clip flange to the assembly. A hollow structural section beam with two and one-half inches of bearing supports a metal deck, while an angle measuring three by three by one-half inches matches the beam width and is welded with one-quarter-inch welds on three sides. A one-eighth-inch cap plate caps the hollow structural section column, and additional WT sections and steel beams frame into the column flanges with bolted connections. A cold-formed steel wall is noted as omitted from the view and referenced elsewhere on the drawings.
