An L6x4x3/4 long-leg horizontal angle serves as a ledger, supported by a 3/8-inch stiffener plate welded with a quarter-inch fillet weld to the framing. The ledger connects to a concrete tilt-up wall panel using a bent plate ledger measuring 3-1/2 by 12 by 5/16 inches. The bent plate is secured to the concrete wall with 3/4-inch diameter by 6-inch weld stud anchors. Two number 5 reinforcing bars tie the embedded anchor assembly into the wall panel.
