A bolted brace connection with a gusset plate assembly ties into a column and beam intersection. The diagonal brace connects to the gusset plate using a multi-bolt configuration along the centerline of the brace. Welds and weld sizes are designated to be determined by the buckling-restrained brace manufacturer and reviewed by the engineer of record. Additional framing requires coordination with the specified beam end connections.
