Two alternative connection details join a concrete slab on grade to a concrete tilt-up wall panel. Option number 1 utilizes a half-inch diameter HSA anchor and a Lenton Form Saver embedded in the tilt-up panel, connected with number 4 dowels at 18 inches on center threaded on one end. Option number 2 secures the slab to the wall using number 4 dowels at 18 inches on center epoxied directly into the concrete tilt-up panel. Both options maintain a minimum 1 and a half inch concrete cover.
