Wood framing members span between roof trusses using four-by-six number one grade lumber. An intermediate two-by-six minimum wood member provides additional bracing. The purlin assembly is secured to each truss with eight total three-eighths inch diameter by five-inch long lag screws. The connection is designed to support a maximum load rating unless otherwise noted.
