A cast-in-place concrete stair on grade features Class C2 concrete with a maximum seven-inch rise and eleven-inch tread dimension. The stair slab is reinforced with ten-millimeter longitudinal and horizontal bars spaced at sixteen inches on center with two inches of clear cover. The footing at the base rests adjacent to existing sidewalk construction, and stair layout coordinates with architectural drawings.
