Condition 2C connects a Unistrut brace to the underside of a steel beam using a Unistrut SPF100 bracket secured with a three-eighths-inch diameter machine bolt, with a maximum five-inch clearance and a one-eighth-inch fillet weld with a two-inch spacing. Condition 2B attaches a cable brace to the steel beam flange using a Mason Type SCB seismic bracket (OPA #0349) with a one-and-one-half-inch clearance and a one-eighth-inch fillet weld.
