Two concrete panels reinforced with 4x4-W2.1xW2.1 welded wire fabric meet at a corner junction containing a 3/4 inch by 2 1/2 inch by 1 foot 1 inch steel plate secured with a 3/8 inch fillet weld. A 1/2 inch by 8 inch by 1 foot 4 inch steel plate embedded in the concrete connects the panels, reinforced by three number 6 bars spaced at 6 inches on center. A secondary 1/2 inch by 5 inch by 1 foot 4 inch plate with three number 6 bars at 6 inch gauge is integrated into the assembly. The joint receives a grout finish following the application of 1/4 inch fillet welds at 12 inches on center.
